Opportunity to PRACTICE & EMBED learnings

Lead by a subject matter expert. Focused on building applicative skills / competence. These workshops are focused on putting theory to practice to enable learners to be ready to apply what they have learned in real life. At times delivered via experiential, digital or immersive simulations. Can be done in-person or virtually.
Presenting learners, the opportunity to put into practice skills and competence built during the programme in a purpose-built scenario or a real world situations to build the applicative muscle memory and potentially present the way forward for real-world use. Can be individual or group based.
To build a deeper level of contextuality of what leaners have learned, applied and experienced to truly embed the learnings towards delivering results and making it a habit. Facilitated by an expert coach or by fellow learning peers, as a 1-on-1 or in a group setting. Can be done in-person or virtually.
Empowers learner to set their development post-programme with the involvement and buy-in of their managers to promote continuity of their development with accountability.

Scoring and feedback given based on all learners have done so far to indicate proof of learning retention and application.
Provides an insight to a learner's behaviour through out the programme, their inputs and a proof of their learning activity.
Rewarding and validating learners on their efforts, results and the journey of developing themselves.
